About CASA, Colombo, Sri Lanka

Emerging from within a fabulous 200 year old Moorish mansion, CASA Colombo is a hotel of inspiration and design delights. CASA is based on the blend of edgy, elegant chic interiors housed within a charming older building, pioneering a new trend of a ?hip fusion hotel?.

The hotels 12 unique suites, range from 500 to 1,000 square feet and are quite possibly the largest in the city. Fully Wifi and work desks with personal computers, Apple DVD, intelligent lighting and an eclectic selection of loungy in-room tunes are some of the modern conveniences. The bed linens are silver and black, hand woven in fine cotton yarn made specifically for CASA. Entertainment comes complete with the works from Nakamitchti, and a LCD TV that can be watched from the spacious living room or the bed. More unique however is the CASA music selector. Six genres of carefully selected music from around the world can be played in every room. Guests can choose their preference, which could be Lazy Jazz, Club, Lounge, Bossa Nova, Chill-out or Café Paris.

The eateries feature Tapas in the open air ZaZa Restaurant, trendy Asian Fusion, chilled-out tunes in the ICE Lounge Bar and high tea on the lawn at T Republic.
